Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as soon as possible at 973-559-7442.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the scheduled service(s) unless otherwise noted. Consultations cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time are subject to a fee of $50.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are subject to a fee of 75% of the value of the scheduled service(s) unless otherwise noted. Missed consultations (no-shows) are subject to a fee of $75.
UItherapy treatments cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the scheduled service.
Appointments scheduled for some treatments require a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve time on the schedule with the provider. Non-refundable deposits are required at the time of booking for select services via credit card or cash. Patients verbally agree to these terms before leaving the deposit.
